I don’t know. Maybe it’s a small thing. But I think calling someone by a nickname they hate — and then refusing to stop when they ask you to because they hate it….
That takes a special kind of contempt and self-righteousness.
It’s worth noting, by the way, that “Bushy” is still not calling the man by his real name.
