I haven’t had time to write a regular blog article because Friday night and part of Sunday were occupied with writing the first draft of what I hope will eventually become a law review article. Saturday was spent studying and as the tutor for a session on “Causation and Omission to Act” at San Joaquin College of Law, where I also walked through some of the concepts in the paper.
It still needs lots of work, but a preview (i.e., draft) of it is available here.
The title of the article is IRAC-y Patterns: An Anti-Terrified Approach to Law School Exams. The idea for this paper has been building for awhile. Previous blog articles written at TechStop™ on which the current paper partly depends are:
