Caught in a Blogfire

One might wonder when Unspun™ is ever going to get original content again, but never fear (hopefully) help is on the way!

I’m guest-blogging at Chepooka today, where I discuss the demise of CNN’s Crossfire. (Thanks, Bob, for the stimulus on that one!)

While there, I noticed a horrific link Taughnee — owner of the Chepooka site — had run across. It raises interesting free speech issues which I don’t have time to blog right now.

(In case you’re wondering, I’ve chosen not to provide the link here. The more cross-links a website gets, the higher its ratings rise on Google and other search engines. I won’t help promote it. In fact, I would personally encourage other bloggers who have linked to it to remove the link. It’s possible to talk about the site without linking it.)

As if often the case, I followed the link provided and saw something there that caused me to follow another link and, from there, another.

So I don’t remember exactly how I got there, but eventually I ended up with a banned commercial for a talk show on radio station KILF. (If you follow the link, note that it takes awhile to buffer before it starts playing.)

Imagine my delight when I realized it fit right in with my debut article at Chepooka.
