It’s becoming more and more difficult to sit on the sidelines and not believe that Michael Jackson is anything but the victim of an attempted high-tech lynching.
In the latest round, Santa Barbara’s Sheriff Anderson suggests that he’ll charge Jackson with a crime that doesn’t even exist.

Don’t misunderstand me: I do not like Rush Limbaugh and I never have.
However, one has to wonder how the Constitution, or at least the Bill of Rights, can possibly retain any meaning if prosecutors are allowed to peruse people’s medical records “to see whether they suggest criminal conduct or not.”
